This research aimed mainly at determining the level of knowledge of farmers about the most important diseases that affect the wheat crop in Sohag Governorate. (SPSS) to analyze metadata and calculate the mean, standard deviation, percentages, simple and multiple correlation coefficient, and partial regression coefficient; The research reached the following most important results. 1- About (75%) of the sample of farmers surveyed have high to medium knowledge of the most important agricultural recommendations to combat pests of the wheat crop, and more than half of the farmers their implementation of those recommendations is high. 2-The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the knowledge level of the respondents and between (age, educational level, marital status, family size, basic occupation, land tenure, cultivated wheat area, exposure to mass communication, openness to the outside world, official social participation, and contact change agents). 3-The study suggested setting up an indicative program to control some pests of the wheat crop in Sohag Governorate.
