Citrus crops are one of the most important food crops that provide people with vitamins and mineral salts necessary for the prevention of diseases. The higher the demand for these citrus crops, the higher the educational level and food awareness of individuals on the one hand, and the increase in the population on the other. and thus, the promotion of citrus crops is essential and vital to cope with the increase in domestic demand for citrus resulting from the steady increase in the population on the one hand and the increase in income and purchasing power on the other. Perhaps the most important findings of the study are: 1-With regard to the productive indicators of the study's crops (orange, yosef and salty lemon) in Egypt, there has been an increase in both the productive area and the average production and total production of the orange crop estimated at 6.75 thousand acres, 0.06 tons, 83.76 thousand tons, respectively. There has also been an increase in the tangerine crop estimated at approximately 0.29 thousand acres, 0.11 tons and 13.39,000 tons respectively. There was also a decrease in the salt lemon crop estimated at about 0.14 thousand acres, an increase of 0.10 tons and 2 47,000 tons respectively. 2-The results of the analysis of the food balance and foreign trade of the study's crops show an increase in both exports, export price and export value of the orange crop estimated at 0.19 thousand tons, 93.35 thousand tons, 339.68 pounds and 545097.1 thousand pounds. With regard to tangerine crop, there has been an increase in both exports, export price, export value available for consumption, and the amount of loss estimated at 11.41 thousand tons 408.82 pounds, 75729.0 thousand pounds, 1.55 thousand tons, 4.03 thousand tons. For the salt lemon crop, there was an increase in both exports, export price, export value and lost amount estimated at 6.35 thousand tons, 401.10 pounds, 41731.7 thousand pounds, 2.51 thousand tons
